The acclaimed Pastry Chef for the Big Fish Restaurant Group Maggie Cellitto to the rescue when the CC crew tackle Roasted Butternut Squash Pie With Valhrona Chocolate Crust and Warm Salted Caramel Sauce in the latest segment of Coastal Cuisine! We now see why Maggie chooses to bring this pie to Thanksgiving over Pumpkin. It was incredible!
