This week on Coastal Cuisine, Host Michael Sprouse and the CC crew stopped by the new eatery, Crust & Craft. Sprouse sat down with owner and chef Brenton Wallace to discuss his passion for house made food & craft beer. From the food to the atmosphere, this is not your average pizza – pasta – bar. One thing that definitely caught our eye was the blazing wood oven in the kitchen, that you could see as soon as you walked it. Brenton explained that all the food on the menu goes through the oven before it hits the plate. So awesome!
